Quality and environmental management certificates
These certificates apply to the Dongguan, China manufacturing base. Current status and certification scope are governed by the original documents and issuing-body records.

Before samples, align drawing revision, material, critical dimensions, cosmetic surfaces, inspection method, sample need, and document list, then close open questions by stage.
Process and inspection controls
Incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection are planned to the program. Measurement methods, frequency, sampling, and acceptance are defined in approved records or control plans.
Liquid-cooling quality planning
Define checkpoints for sealing interfaces, flow-path cleanliness, assembly, air-leak and hydro-pressure checks, and record traceability. Extended testing is planned separately.
Traceability and delivery records
Batch, material, process, inspection, and nonconformance traceability—plus shipment or production documents—are aligned to product risk and customer requirements.
